Tip

Load the blender before bed and keep it in the fridge — at suhoor just press start.

Why it lasts until sunset

Oats and dates are slow carbs, while yogurt and peanut butter add protein and healthy fat — so it digests slowly and gives longer-lasting energy.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have it outside Ramadan?

Of course — a great quick breakfast before work or after training.

Can I make it the night before?

Yes, keep it in a sealed bottle in the fridge and shake before drinking.

Is it high in sugar?

The sugar is natural from dates and banana. Use two dates if you want less.
