Tip

A food processor chops the cabbage in seconds instead of 15 minutes by knife.

What makes green goddess dressing

Lots of herbs (parsley, basil, chives) blended with lemon and nuts or avocado. Finely shredded cabbage holds the dressing and doesn't wilt.
